About the Role
Join Global Skin Wellness as a Clinic Sales Manager, where your expertise will help steer clinic sales and oversee the daily workings of the clinic to ensure exceptional service delivery to patients. This position demands a proactive professional with a strong background in managing aesthetic or dermatology clinics, wellness centers, or reputable salon chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and boost clinic sales initiatives to meet targets.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the clinic ensuring smooth function.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and customer experience throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with teams to implement strategic plans for clinic growth and patient satisfaction.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing clinics focused on aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or in premium salon chains like VLCC, Kaya, or Oliva.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide clinic staff.
- Proficient in managing sales pipelines, customer relationships, and operational activities.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.
Location
This full-time role is based in Patna, Bihar, India and requires presence onsite.
