Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Services Insights & Reporting Analyst specializing in Global Asset Management to join a dynamic, data-oriented team based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to transform intricate datasets into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and recommendations that drive strategic decisions across client services and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and refine dashboards, scorecards, and reports that monitor contact centre efficiency, workforce productivity, service standards, and operational KPIs.
- Evaluate data from various systems to uncover patterns, risks, growth opportunities, and influential performance factors aiding informed business choices.
- Contribute to workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, and capacity management by delivering precise reporting and data analyses.
- Track metrics related to operations, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction and suggest actionable improvements to enhance service outcomes.
- Maintain data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across multiple reporting platforms and systems.
- Perform impact analyses and reviews post-implementation to assess initiative effectiveness and operational changes.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, develop analytical solutions, and foster continuous process enhancements via automation and improved reporting functions.
- Compile and present both regular and on-demand reports providing clear insights to leadership and operational units.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or related post-secondary qualification, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- At least 2 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a comparable analytical capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel alongside practical experience designing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Competence with reporting tools, business analytics, and handling extensive datasets to support operational decision-making.
- Experience with AWS data environments is advantageous.
- Previous experience in contact centres, customer service, workforce management, or operations service delivery is desirable.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills partnered with high attention to detail and dedication to data precision.
- Exceptional communication abilities for presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, teamwork-oriented attitude capable of managing diverse tasks while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
