• Conduct follow-ups post vehicle sales and after service visits to gather customer feedback effectively.
• Address and resolve customer complaints by liaising with the appropriate departments swiftly.
• Keep detailed and accurate customer information updated in the CRM system.
• Notify customers about upcoming service reminders, promotional offers, vehicle exchange options, and product introductions.
• Work towards meeting targets in customer satisfaction and retention.
• Generate regular reports detailing customer interactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assist the sales and service departments in improving the overall customer experience.

Salary and Working Conditions

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20000 to 32000 INR.
