Role Overview
The Client Partner will aid clients in resolving complex challenges by aligning Trility’s offerings with their business and technology requirements. Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts post-sale, and establishing trusted advisor relationships. This remote role is based around Des Moines, IA, with up to 10% travel expected and no direct team management duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads within the Des Moines area and personal networks.
- Support and expand client relationships together with delivery teams.
- Collaborate with technical experts to define client needs and close tailored contracts.
- Introduce innovative solutions to improve client business performance.
- Offer insights and recommendations to stakeholders and sponsors.
- Develop partnerships with channel partners to advance shared accounts and generate sales.
- Continuously acquire knowledge of business and technology trends including GenAI, Cloud, ML, IoT, and DevOps.
- Maintain detailed records and updates in CRM systems.
- Work with marketing to create tailored sales materials and promote the Trility brand locally via events, social media, and campaigns.
- Collaborate across teams to prepare, present, and close sales proposals.

Job Requirements
- Residency within 25 miles of Des Moines, Iowa.
- Minimum of five years selling professional services to enterprise and upper mid-market clients.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Ability to pass a background check.
