Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of properties to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Execute tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and ceiling vent maintenance.
• Handle specialized cleaning duties including window washing and carpet care.
• Conduct thorough inspections before and after cleaning, recording conditions and reporting deficiencies or necessary repairs to management.
• Manage inventory and upkeep of cleaning supplies in designated facility areas.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and Royal York's established cleaning protocols and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a professional cleaning capacity.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with access to a functioning vehicle.
• Familiarity with diverse cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail combined with a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning work.
• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
• Knowledge of safe usage and handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Must own an iPhone for job-related communication purposes.
• Flexibility to adjust to varied cleaning environments and schedules.
• Physical endurance and agility necessary to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
