Job Overview

This position involves various cleaning duties including move-in and move-out cleaning, turnover cleaning for vacant units, and routine housekeeping in occupied residences. Cleaners are expected to travel independently to assigned locations and perform thorough cleaning consistent with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive move-in and move-out cleanings of rental properties.
• Carry out detailed cleaning for vacant apartments and houses during tenant transitions.
• Provide regular housekeeping services in homes currently occupied.
• Clean all key areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and common surfaces.
• Execute deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning baseboards, interior cabinets, and appliances.
• Utilize a mobile work application for job assignments, instructions, navigation via GPS, photo uploads, and job updates.
• Conduct a personal quality check before leaving each site to ensure standards are met.
• Communicate any property damage, maintenance issues, or areas that are challenging to clean.
• Use your own reliable vehicle to travel between appointments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least two years of paid professional cleaning experience.
• Comfortable performing both tenant turnover and routine housekeeping tasks.
• Own a dependable vehicle for transportation to cleaning locations and the carriage of supplies.
• Possess all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment required for residential cleaning duties.
• Have a suitable smartphone capable of running mobile work apps, GPS navigation, capturing clear photos, reading instructions, and updating tasks.
• Ability to clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and detailed areas effectively.
• Work independently adhering closely to established cleaning procedures.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication purposes.
• Reliability and punctuality with adherence to GPS-confirmed arrival times.
