Job Responsibilities

• Perform move-in and move-out cleaning for residential rental properties.
• Conduct detailed turnover cleaning of vacant apartments and homes.
• Provide routine housekeeping services in occupied residences as needed.
• Clean all key areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and common surfaces thoroughly.
• Execute in-depth tasks such as cleaning baseboards, inside cabinets, and appliances.
• Use a mobile work application to receive assignments, follow instructions, navigate using GPS, upload photos, and update job statuses.
• Carefully inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards before leaving the site.
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or spots that cannot be cleaned effectively.
• Travel independently to assigned cleaning appointments using your own vehicle.

Requirements

• At least two years of paid, professional cleaning experience.
• Comfortable performing both move-in/move-out cleans and routine housekeeping tasks.
• Must own a reliable vehicle to transport yourself and cleaning supplies to various assignments.
• Possession of personal cleaning equipment and supplies needed for residential cleaning tasks.
• Own a suitable smartphone capable of running a mobile work application, using GPS, capturing clear photos, reading instructions, and submitting updates promptly.
• Capability to clean detailed areas like kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances effectively.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to cleaning instructions accurately.
• Basic English communication skills sufficient for following directions and reporting issues.
• Be punctual, reliable, and comfortable with GPS-verified arrival times.

• Hourly wage of $32.50 CAD.
