Role Overview
Join our team as a Civil Estimation Engineer in Surat, Gujarat, contributing to accurate cost estimations and smooth project coordination within the civil engineering domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive and precise cost quotations for various civil engineering projects and materials.
- Engage proactively with clients to facilitate quotation approvals and monitor the progress of their orders.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure prompt and effective responses to client requests.
- Manage customer communications professionally through telephone, email, and WhatsApp channels.
- Maintain and update quotation documentation diligently, utilizing CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets for accurate record keeping.
- Assist the sales division by supporting efforts aimed at meeting defined business objectives.
