About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Civil CAD and BIM Trainer passionate about civil engineering design and eager to support the growth of learners. This position focuses on bridging the gap between academic concepts and industry applications by instructing students and professionals on leading engineering, modeling, and project management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, interactive training sessions tailored for individuals and groups including students and corporate clients on civil engineering software tools.
- Guide participants through practical projects emphasizing both software operations and essential engineering principles.
- Assess learner progress regularly, troubleshoot software-related issues, and provide supportive feedback to enhance learner confidence.
- Stay abreast of evolving industry standards, software updates, and advancements in BIM workflows to ensure superior training quality.
Required Software Expertise
- Proficient in drafting and modeling software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Experience with BIM suites including Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, and Revit MEP.
- Knowledge of structural analysis tools like STAAD Pro and ETABS.
- Familiarity with project management software Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Skills in visualization and rendering using Photoshop and V-Ray.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background including B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates demonstrating strong software proficiency as well as seasoned professionals aiming to transition into training roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of simplifying intricate design concepts.
- Patient and passionate about mentoring and coaching learners towards success.
