About the role

In this position, you will help define how change is approached across Aurora Energy. The focus is not on managing individual projects, but on strengthening the wider organisation through clear change frameworks, practical ways of working and behaviours that support effective change every day.

This is a hands-on, enterprise-wide role suited to someone who can turn ideas into simple, workable methods that teams can actually use. You will work with leaders and teams to build change capability, embed consistent tools and behaviours, and use feedback and insights to continuously improve how the business responds to change. A key part of the role is helping create a culture where change is part of normal business practice rather than something handled only on a project-by-project basis.

About you

You are an experienced professional in change, organisational development or capability-building who can make change feel practical, clear and achievable. You are comfortable developing frameworks, designing helpful tools and building confidence with leaders and teams, with an emphasis on creating consistent change habits across the organisation.

You know how to influence without relying on authority, bring people on board and support long-term ways of working in an environment that is constantly evolving. You are curious, collaborative and results-focused, and you enjoy coaching leaders, asking considered questions and finding better ways to work. You are also motivated by using data to understand impact, embedding new approaches and exploring opportunities enabled by digital tools and AI so people can build lasting confidence and capability.
