About the Role

Our client is a global technology-focused investor seeking a Chief Executive Officer to oversee one of their thriving portfolio companies. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the company’s overall operations and formulating strategies that align with the expectations of a varied customer base, the investor, and an expanding workforce. Additionally, this leader will guide major mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities and drive key initiatives aimed at enhancing value.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities along with sound decision-making and effective communication skills.
• Experience working in asset-light industries is essential.
