Center Manager

Position Overview

The Center Manager holds full accountability for the daily operations and management of the assigned PKoloz floor, whether Kids Zone or Basement. This role focuses on ensuring excellent team performance, especially among the Play Educator staff, upholding the quality of workshop content, and delivering a superior experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

The manager will support smooth, effective day-to-day functioning of the floor, promote P-Koloz's unique workshop-integrated play model, and generate revenue while maintaining safety and administrative standards. An important aspect involves nurturing a motivated and goal-oriented team that embodies the brand’s family-friendly neighborhood identity.
