Role Summary
This position is for a CCC Executive responsible for tracking vehicle movement, keeping an eye on CCTV feeds, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring operational accuracy. The job is based in Balanagar, Hyderabad and follows rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor the movement of vehicles on a regular basis.
- Observe CCTV camera feeds and note any unusual activity.
- Use GPS-based tracking tools to follow vehicle location and status.
- Reply to business-related queries promptly and professionally.
- Escalate any process deviations without delay.
- Work with business teams to keep operations aligned and on schedule.
- Check data for accuracy and prepare reports using MS Office applications.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for a graduate with strong communication skills and the ability to interact in English along with Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a take-home salary of INR 15,000 per month, along with PF, ESI, gratuity, yearly bonus, and incentives. The gross monthly salary is INR 16,570, and the CTC is INR 19,450 per month, plus incentives.
