Role Responsibilities

• Manage product assortment by analyzing categories and identifying key competitive and profitable items for inclusion.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to monitor demand trends and market conditions.
• Analyze category financial metrics such as seasonal planning, turnover, and perform ABC and XYZ analyses.
• Oversee order placements and supplier relations, including monitoring product expiration dates to ensure quality compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a higher education degree in medicine, pharmaceuticals, or bioengineering.
• Fluent proficiency in Romanian, Russian, and English languages.
• Competence in PC usage at an advanced user level, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle, classify, and organize large volumes of information efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating market conditions and financial project indicators.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities.
