Role Overview

This full-time, onsite position as a Car Driver in Juba involves safely transporting personnel, visitors, and materials between project locations and company facilities. Responsibilities include adhering to assigned routes and schedules, conducting routine vehicle inspections, monitoring fuel levels and maintenance requirements, and promptly reporting mechanical problems. The driver is also expected to keep the vehicle clean, comply with traffic laws, document all trips accurately, assist with logistics coordination alongside supervisors, and provide courteous support to passengers.

Candidate Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities for professional interaction with passengers and team members.
• Commitment to high service quality, ensuring safe, reliable, and timely transportation.
• Basic automotive knowledge to perform vehicle checks and recognize common mechanical issues.
• Capability to follow safety protocols and company driving procedures.
• Possession of a valid, clean driving license appropriate to the vehicle, with proven professional driving experience.
• Strong familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations in Juba.
• Focus on safety, reliability, and punctuality.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for interpreting trip logs and instructions.
