Campus Manager

About the Role

Elance Learning is seeking an experienced Campus Manager to oversee comprehensive campus operations with responsibility for profit and loss, driving revenue growth, maintaining academic excellence, and ensuring positive student outcomes. This leadership role covers the management of admissions, academics, student services, infrastructure, and partnerships while enforcing compliance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of campus profit and loss, focusing on revenue enhancement, cost management, and meeting profitability objectives.
• Plan and implement annual business strategies and budgets to achieve campus goals.
• Monitor financial results and initiate corrective measures when needed.
• Discover and leverage new business and revenue-generation opportunities.
• Supervise all aspects of campus operations including admissions, academic programs, student support services, and facility management.
• Ensure adherence to academic, operational, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain exceptional infrastructure standards, as well as safety and hygiene protocols.
• Establish and enhance operational procedures for greater efficiency.
• Lead recruitment, training, evaluation, and retention of faculty and administrative staff.
• Cultivate a culture emphasizing accountability, innovation, and ongoing improvement.
• Promote teamwork and effective collaboration across campus departments.
• Advance student enrollment, engagement, and retention programs.
• Guarantee the delivery of high-quality academic experiences and resolve student concerns promptly.
• Enhance student placement success and career development outcomes.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and community stakeholders.
• Lead marketing initiatives to boost campus visibility and represent the institution in industry forums and networking events.
• Strengthen placement networks and corporate partnerships to support student career goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related disciplines.
• 8 to 12 years’ experience managing educational or training institutions with proven operational leadership.
• Demonstrated ability in P&L management and financial planning.
• Established skills in strategic planning, multi-team leadership, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Operationally-focused with strong process and compliance management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Preferred experience in EdTech, skill development, vocational training, or employability programs.
• Access to an extensive network within industry and corporate partnership circles is advantageous.
