Call Center Agent / Customer Advisor

About the Role

S-KON Sales Kontor is looking for a Call Center Agent / Customer Advisor (m/f/d) to support existing freenet customers from a centrally located workplace in Celle’s city center. The role is set in a motivating environment with a modern office atmosphere and a half-timbered character.

What You Will Do

• Handle outbound phone sales of mobile communications products to existing customers; this is not cold calling.
• Advise current customers on available offers and promotions.
• Work in a relaxed team setting within a refurbished office space.
• Participate in structured training on products, communication, and selling techniques.
• Grow through the company’s internal development path, with opportunities to progress from agent to coach, trainer, or team lead.

What We Are Looking For

• Someone who enjoys speaking with people and likes working with customers.
• A person who is motivated to learn new things.
• Good German language ability so customers can be advised clearly and confidently.
• Comfortable handling computers and digital tools.
• Career changers are welcome and will receive the necessary onboarding and training.
