Role Overview

• Lead and motivate the team effectively using strong leadership capabilities
• Ensure exceptional customer service, embodying a passion for coffee and memorable client experiences
• Maintain high operational standards during fast-paced service periods
• Manage communications and foster positive interpersonal interactions within the team
• Provide flexibility in work availability to support a seven-day business operation

Requirements

• Minimum of one year relevant experience in a supervisory role
• Proven leadership skills with team support aptitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for coffee and customer engagement
• Capacity to perform efficiently under pressure in a demanding environment
• Flexible scheduling availability
