Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and engaging Experienced Baristas and Guest Service members—known as Creators of Happiness—to join our team at Stellarossa Parkside Cafe. This role involves preparing beverages and meals, interacting warmly with guests, and supporting team operations in a lively environment. Weekend availability is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium coffee and espresso drinks with exceptional quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization following health and safety guidelines.
• Coach and support junior baristas in skill development.
• Adjust grinders precisely to the Stellarossa espresso standards.
• Engage with customers by taking orders and answering queries to ensure outstanding service.
• Assist with opening and closing café duties.
• Foster a positive work environment among coworkers.
• Manage stock levels and replenish supplies efficiently.
• Perform accurate cash handling for transactions.
• Deliver food and drinks to customers both onsite and for takeaway.

Essential Requirements

• In-depth understanding of coffee-making techniques and/or kitchen operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working effectively under busy, high-pressure conditions.
• Willingness and availability to work weekends.
• A vibrant, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
• High energy and productivity throughout shifts.
• Receptive to learning and adhering to established systems.
