Project Overview
Join a dynamic community focused on enhancing the next wave of artificial intelligence by contributing as an AI Trainer. In this hands-on expert role, you will analyze and provide detailed feedback on data to enhance Large Language Model (LLM) accuracy and trustworthiness.
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Buyer & Purchasing professional to participate as a project consultant in an AI labor marketplace. This position is part-time, remote, and contract-based. U.S.-based candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop realistic and complex procurement and sourcing scenario prompts based on your industry experience.
- Create clear and objective rubrics to assess AI response quality.
- Critically evaluate AI-generated reasoning against predetermined criteria.
- Construct authoritative gold-standard responses that reflect advanced procurement expertise.
- Maintain consistent adherence to project guidelines and quality assurance standards.
Expected Deliverables
- Comprehensive prompt packs featuring explicit constraints and evaluation measures.
- Accurate and justifiable expert assessments of AI reasoning outcomes.
- Gold responses suitable for AI model training and benchmarking purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
- Experience within retail, manufacturing, or other complex supply chain environments.
- Strong written communication and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to convert practical work scenarios into structured and measurable evaluation tasks.
- Previous experience with data annotation or AI evaluation is highly desirable.
Additional Information
This contract role allows flexibility with scheduling and control over your work tools. Consultants are compensated per project with hourly rates serving as estimates based on expected task completion time. Multiple vendor engagements are permissible subject to each vendor’s policies.
