Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Assist guests professionally and courteously from reservation through check-out ensuring seamless communication at every stage.
- Deliver exceptional service maintaining the highest guest satisfaction levels throughout their stay.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering teams to guarantee villas are impeccably maintained and prepared for guest arrivals.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams regarding guest needs.
- Supervise villa cleaning and maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions to guests.
- Advocate for in-house services and facilities, recommending external options only when appropriate.
- Manage guest itinerary logistics including flight confirmations, dining, and tours.
- Support other resort departments with guest-related concerns to ensure professional and timely resolution.
- Work alongside Food & Beverage staff during dining to maintain consistent service and accommodate guest preferences.
- Stay informed about resort operations and updates across all departments.
- Assist with staff training as required to uphold service standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
General Management Duties
- Continuously achieve high guest satisfaction ratings.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality assurance protocols.
- Organize and conduct routine inspections of assigned areas.
- Ensure cleanliness and functional condition of Front Office equipment, including vehicles, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with Purchasing to source quality materials and optimize costs.
- Manage inventory levels prudently to reduce property damage and control stationery and collateral supplies.
Safety and Security Responsibilities
- Maintain readiness of all fire safety and detection equipment at Front Office.
- Coordinate regular fire drills with security to ensure preparedness and effective guest communication.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- At least one year of relevant Front Office experience.
- Demonstrated butler expertise is essential.
- Understanding of local hotel operations regulations is required.

- Proficient in hotel property management systems and guest request tracking tools.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to remain composed under pressure and during emergencies.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
