Key Responsibilities

• Develop proposals including RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions with full compliance to requirements.
• Analyze tender criteria to ensure all submissions meet stipulated conditions.
• Collaborate closely with teams from HR, Operations, Finance, and Business Development to gather content and meet objectives.
• Create engaging proposal drafts, company profiles, and client presentation materials.
• Assist in managing LinkedIn content, running digital marketing initiatives, and updating the corporate website.
• Enhance the firm’s market visibility by producing strategic proposal materials and relevant content.
• Conduct thorough market and client research to identify and support prospective business opportunities.
• Oversee proposal schedules and ensure submission deadlines are met.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in proposal templates and bid documents.
• Monitor ongoing tender opportunities and track submission progress.
• Ensure quality control, accuracy, and version management of all proposal documentation.
• Drive continuous improvements in the proposal preparation processes.
