Business Intelligence Analyst (Excel)

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Consultant on a contract basis, offering a remote work opportunity with compensation ranging from $40 to $50 per hour. This role requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours weekly, focusing on utilizing advanced Excel capabilities to enhance AI model training through effective data handling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply expert-level Excel skills to organize, analyze, and visualize data intended for AI model training.
• Work collaboratively with the client’s team to deliver insightful business intelligence solutions.
• Prepare, clean, and rigorously validate large datasets to maintain accuracy essential for AI applications.
• Create and document clear BI workflows using strong written and verbal communication.
• Convert business questions into actionable, data-driven insights to assist in improving AI models.
• Develop comprehensive Excel-based reports, dashboards, and visualizations tailored for AI training objectives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated substantial experience in business intelligence or analytics with a focus on Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel features including Power Query, PivotTables, VBA scripting, and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate complex data insights across diverse teams.
• Ability to efficiently manage tasks independently within a remote working environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes with capability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in processing and validating large datasets for analytics or AI training purposes.
