Key Responsibilities

• Oversee team performance, productivity, and attendance metrics consistently.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations to maintain high team standards.
• Ensure compliance with company process guidelines and quality standards.
• Effectively manage escalations and swiftly resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare and communicate daily performance reports to the management team.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to guarantee seamless business operations.
• Encourage and inspire the team to meet and exceed business targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 4 years experience as a team leader or manager.
• Prior exposure to Zomato, Swiggy, or other food delivery/quick commerce platforms is highly valued.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving work environment.
• Preference for candidates able to join immediately.
