Role Overview

As a vital member of the Business Development team at Unlimit, you will drive your own sales pipeline, prospect for new market opportunities, and bolster the company’s commercial growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new business by cultivating strategic partnerships with merchants, acquiring partners, payment providers, card networks, and other crucial stakeholders in payments.
• Represent Unlimit as a brand ambassador while establishing its market position, managing the sales pipeline end-to-end from lead generation to partnership execution.
• Utilize expertise in the AI sector to uncover commercial partnerships and opportunities within that emerging market.
• Excel in a fast-moving startup environment by proactively initiating solutions and resolving challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a comprehensive understanding of Unlimit’s offerings.

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of demonstrated success in fintech business development, especially within payments, banking, or related fields with total relevant experience of 5 years or more.
• Strong knowledge and experience with payment acquiring, merchant accounts, banking services, and alternative payment methods (APMs).
• Proven track record building partnerships and launching payment channels across the APAC region.
• Solid understanding of the AI ecosystem, with the ability to identify and cultivate commercial opportunities there.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments, adept at handling uncertainty and rapid change.
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A self-motivated, hands-on individual with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin languages.
