Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be entrusted with expanding our clientele by effectively handling digital and direct marketing efforts. This position requires active involvement in outreach through various communication channels to promote our services and generate potential business leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging and informing existing and potential customers.
- Conduct telephonic outreach including follow-up calls to connect with prospective clients and nurture relationships.
- Manage and optimize organizational social media accounts, including platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
- Create compelling promotional materials such as posts and banners to boost visibility across social media.
- Address customer queries promptly through social media channels, emails, and telephone.
- Drive lead acquisition efforts leveraging online marketing techniques.
- Keep the customer database accurate and regularly updated for effective communication and tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up on generated leads.
