Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for proactive outreach to assigned leads and inquiries, evaluating client needs, and recommending the most appropriate communication products. This role primarily focuses on increasing sales for Two Way Communication Radios such as Walkie Talkies and Wireless Sets from brands like Motorola and Kenwood, targeting private sector customers including factories, plantations, security services, and hotels.
Key activities include constructing an efficient sales funnel, clearly communicating product features, preparing persuasive proposals, and ensuring consistent follow-ups to convert leads into revenue-generating customers. Maintaining strong client relationships to obtain repeat and referral business is crucial. The candidate will also identify potential new industries, develop and implement strategies to expand market reach, and respond effectively to customer queries and concerns.
Compensation and Work Expectations
The offered salary ranges between ₹14,000 and ₹19,000 per month, supplemented by incentives based on performance. Meeting set targets and objectives is a fundamental expectation of this position.
Candidate Profile and Additional Information
- Fluency in both English and Hindi languages is required.
- Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to long-term career goals.
- Female candidates with prior experience in sales or tele sales are preferred.
- Candidates from South India will be considered an advantage.
