About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development & Customer Success Manager to lead client acquisition efforts for our client based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing onboarding, nurturing customer relationships, coordinating with stakeholders, and focusing on increasing account value through upselling and cross-selling strategies. The goal is to ensure high customer retention and successful renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to develop new business and acquire clients.
- Oversee client onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain and strengthen ongoing customer relationships through effective account management.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to align client expectations and service delivery.
- Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue.
- Drive efforts to renew contracts and maintain long-term client retention.
