Key Responsibilities
- Secure new customers by enrolling them in the bank's Current and Savings Account (CASA) offerings through direct field sales efforts.
- Conduct daily visits within the local area to generate leads and effectively promote banking products.
- Engage with existing clientele to encourage additional deposits.
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate banking products tailored to individual customer needs.
- Participate actively in local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase lead generation and enhance brand presence.
- Attend regular training sessions aimed at improving knowledge about products, sales skills, and compliance requirements.
Career Progression
The role offers structured advancement opportunities moving from Sales Officer to Sales Officer 1 (Fast Track), followed by Assistant Manager – Sales, and ultimately Sales Manager. Promotions are driven by performance outcomes.
Benefits and Terms
- Monthly salary between ₹16,800 and ₹19,800.
- Performance incentives reaching up to ₹60,000.
