Business Analyst

Role Summary

As a Business Analyst at Gartner, you will act as the critical connector between operational data and everyday decision-making processes. Your core responsibility is to enable the team to convert raw data into clear, actionable guidance, thereby assisting operational leadership with insights into current performance and project readiness. You'll maintain metric accuracy and provide timely data-driven insights supporting various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a vital analytical partner for the Operations team by supplying necessary data to address daily business inquiries and monitor global performance.
• Design, develop, and sustain user-friendly dashboards that translate key operational metrics into compelling visual narratives.
• Guarantee the precision and proactive nature of reporting frameworks, identifying trends early to improve operational effectiveness.
• Harness advanced analytics within contemporary data environments to conduct deep analyses on logistics, user behavior, and resource optimization.
• Assist in evaluating new projects' feasibility and provide ongoing analytical support for active initiatives to allow real-time operational adjustments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Between one and three years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or operational analysis.
• Strong command of Excel, SQL, and Power BI, with beneficial experience in Microsoft Fabric for advanced data examination.
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and advanced analytics techniques to interpret data patterns effectively.
• Excellent communication skills enabling the translation of complex data insights into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• A deep curiosity about high-performing organizational systems and a continuous drive to refine operational workflows for scalability and efficiency.
