Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst passionate about Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and fostering team growth in the public sector. The role involves delivering top-notch business analysis and coaching teams to enhance Agile practices.

Location and Work Arrangement

The position is based in England with expected travel to London, Milton Keynes, and East Kilbride. Hybrid working options are available.

Compensation and Clearance

The contract offers a rate up to £450 per day. Candidates must have active Security Clearance (SC) and be British nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to convert business needs into implementable solutions.
• Providing coaching and mentoring on Agile delivery methods.
• Facilitating knowledge sharing and driving continuous improvement.
• Organising and conducting training to uplift team skills and organisational capability.
• Advocating for efficient workload management and Agile practices.
• Supporting teams in using Azure DevOps for handling requirements, backlog, and delivery (preferred).
• Customising approaches to fit diverse teams and stakeholder requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring teams and sharing best practices.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops and supporting knowledge transfer.
• Experience in organising or delivering training is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to promote ongoing improvement.
