Role Summary

As a Business Analyst, your main responsibility will be converting stakeholder requirements into precise, actionable deliverables that enable teams to provide dependable, user-focused solutions. You will oversee projects from inception through completion by fostering communication, defining project scope, and enhancing workflows from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting interviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to gather and confirm requirements.
• Creating detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and user stories while maintaining requirement traceability.
• Administering JIRA backlogs, sprint-related documents, and continuous improvement meetings.
• Interpreting both organized and free-form data using SQL, Python, or similar tools to guide priority setting and reporting.
• Applying artificial intelligence applications such as ChatGPT and Claude to expedite documentation, data analysis, and decision-making processes.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: At least one year in a technical environment, proficient in data querying with SQL, Python, or similar tools, familiar with process mapping software like Visio or Lucidchart, and experienced in leveraging AI for data and documentation purposes.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, collaborative and proactive team player, strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on solutions, and meticulous attention to detail.
