Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst I to enhance operational efficiency by evaluating data, managing reporting processes, and supporting business operations through established methods. You will be responsible for delivering insightful operational analysis, advancing reporting systems, and aiding decision-making with data-driven insights and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational reporting structures, dashboards, and KPI performance tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasets.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide leadership with structured insights related to forecasting, utilization, capacity, and operational planning.
• Identify trends and variances, recommending opportunities for operational improvements.
• Document and review operational workflows and governance materials.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, or PowerApps.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Basic understanding of Macros and automation techniques.
• Ability to convert raw operational data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Skilled in developing standard reports and guiding analysts through documented procedures.
• Familiarity with project management, resource, and workforce management processes.
• Good understanding of IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as CoPilot and ChatGPT.
• Ability to track and monitor operational commitments against actual outcomes.

Work Hours and Location

This position follows the EMEA shift schedule from 2 PM to 11 PM IST and offers a hybrid working model in the Delhi NCR region, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Pune.
