Role Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain performance measurement systems including databases, benchmarking, key performance indicators (KPIs), documentation, and reporting tools or dashboards
• Engage regularly with leadership and quality teams to discuss current data products and identify unmet analytic needs or possible enhancements
• Perform data analysis to pinpoint improvement opportunities and provide data-backed insights and recommendations to leadership
• Support KPI development by gathering requirements, defining specifications, and setting goals or benchmarks
• Manage complex datasets by aggregating, cleansing, and validating data from diverse sources for reporting purposes
• Apply analytical methods to design and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that inform organizational insights
• Conduct financial and operational analyses and translate findings to assist business leaders in strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with fellow analysts to refine and develop analytic products
• Extract and mine data from databases and tables
• Advise on clinical process redesign and evaluate opportunities to improve efficacy and outcomes
• Create effective presentations and clearly communicate analytical results to various stakeholders
• Monitor report outcomes and suggest best practices for enhancing reporting accuracy and usefulness
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with desktop office applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with capacity to adapt messaging to diverse audiences
• Strong ability to summarize data effectively, present findings, and facilitate meaningful discussions
• Self-motivated to work independently while also collaborating efficiently with multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail ensuring thorough follow-through on projects
• Experience with data mining and data extraction tools
• Knowledge of data analysis and statistical techniques is advantageous

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Preferred fields of study include Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Information Systems, or Mathematics
• Preferred minimum of one year experience in healthcare and/or related analytic roles

Compensation

Salary range from $54,680.66 to $101,717.57 annually.
