Role Summary

The Brand Promise Clerk helps keep shipping/loading and manufacturing aligned through clear communication and timely follow-up. This role supports the company’s commitment to a smooth customer experience and its “no headaches” service promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain communication across departments regarding load progress and material availability.
• Flag material shortages, delays, and other issues to the sales team as soon as they arise.
• Work through problems related to load completion, driver wait times, material setbacks, and similar concerns.
• Arrange pickup schedules with transportation and shipping teams.
• Share detailed progress updates with sales representatives and customers when needed.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM and may also require work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent credential. Experience in shipping or manufacturing is preferred, and a background in sales or customer service is an added advantage. The role calls for strong communication skills, the ability to juggle several priorities at once, comfort working under pressure, and the capability to perform both independently and as part of a team. Candidates should also be comfortable in a fast-moving environment and have solid computer skills. Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.
