About the Opportunity
Papa in Shape aims to become more than a simple brand: the goal is to build a strong movement that millions of people want to join. As Brand Manager, you will help transform Papa in Shape into a standout, highly recognized reference so that customers do more than buy programs — they fully connect with the vision and community.
Working closely with the CEO and external agencies, you will define, organize, and roll out the brand strategy to create a distinct, long-lasting presence in the coaching and wellness space. This role combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
Brand Building
- Shape a brand that is memorable, hard to imitate, and instantly identifiable.
- Develop and refine the Papa in Shape brand territory, including its positioning, messaging, tone, storytelling, and visual identity.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer and communication touchpoints.
Awareness and Visibility
- Design and implement the brand awareness strategy across social media, press, content, and campaigns.
- Oversee social media management and organic content direction.
- Lead paid campaigns focused on visibility and brand image.
Press, Influence, and Partnerships
- Build and run a strategy for media relations and influencer outreach.
- Spot and develop opportunities for media coverage and strategic partnerships.
Content Ecosystem
- Create a strong organic content strategy spanning social platforms, editorial content, and SEO.
- Improve discoverability through search engine optimization and emerging AI search behaviors.
Personal Brand and Team Development
- Contribute to the development of a personal brand approach when relevant.
- Recruit and gradually structure a high-performing marketing and brand team.
- Build a culture centered on creativity, execution, and results.
Brand Strategy and Operations
- Set brand objectives and key performance indicators.
- Design and execute brand plans in coordination with internal teams.
- Share the strategy internally and rally teams around the brand vision.
- Manage and coordinate external agencies.
- Handle the marketing and advertising budget.
Profile and Practical Details
This freelance role is fully remote and based in the United Arab Emirates context. The position offers the chance to work directly with leadership on a high-growth brand-building mission. Compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s profile.
