Role overview
OLLY’S is hiring an ambitious Brand Manager to report into the Marketing Director. This position is ideal for someone with 1–2+ years of FMCG marketing experience who wants to help grow one of the UK’s fastest-rising snack brands. You’ll work across major brand campaigns, product launches, shopper marketing, consumer insight and a range of fast-moving opportunities in a challenger brand environment.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will manage brand activity from planning through execution, help ensure agencies, suppliers and internal teammates stay aligned, and support the creation of campaign plans and activation toolkits. You’ll also contribute to events, partnerships, sampling activity and post-campaign analysis.
You’ll take ownership of consumer research and category analysis, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and help coordinate product testing, validation, launch planning and post-launch reviews.
The role also includes shopper marketing work such as developing retail activation materials, coordinating trade assets and supporting sampling programmes. You’ll track KPIs and brand health, prepare monthly performance updates, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
In addition, you’ll support the development of the Marketing Executive, collaborate with the wider internal team and external partners, and keep projects progressing with strong organisation and initiative.
What we’re looking for
OLLY’S is seeking someone with at least 1–2 years’ experience in a brand management role, ideally within FMCG. The ideal candidate enjoys building brands people care about, can manage several projects at once, and combines curiosity with analytical and commercial thinking.
You should be proactive, resourceful, highly organised and able to spot opportunities and turn them into action. An enthusiasm for food, challenger brands, and snacks such as olives and pretzels would be a plus.
