About BOND
BOND is a fast-scaling private aviation company reimagining fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management. Backed by a major Bombardier fleet order, the company is assembling a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft while focusing on safety, operational rigor, and premium service for high-expectation clients.
As the business prepares for launch and continued expansion, it is looking for people who want to help shape a new aviation brand and contribute to building the company’s operating model from the ground up.
Role overview
The Brand Designer will function as BOND’s internal creative lead, ensuring that every outward-facing asset is delivered quickly, remains consistent with the brand, and meets a level of polish suited to a luxury audience. This role supports everything from quick one-pagers and social graphics to live website changes and sales materials.
BOND is being built as a luxury brand rather than a traditional service business, so every visual decision matters. The role calls for someone who can work with startup speed while still producing refined, high-end design output, partnering closely with external creative agencies and leveraging modern AI-assisted tools.
If you understand luxury aesthetics, work efficiently without losing care, and are enthusiastic about what AI can add to creative production, this is a strong opportunity to help define a category-building brand.
What you will do
- Create marketing materials across digital and print channels, including social content, email assets, presentations, sales collateral, event pieces, and member gifting items.
- Serve as the primary daily creative contact for the agency, handling brief development, handoffs, feedback, and brand-aligned production.
- Contribute to the design and build of BOND’s customer-facing website and make quick same-day updates accurately.
- Use AI-driven design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms as part of your regular workflow to speed up production and improve output quality.
- Develop the full set of sales collateral needed ahead of the Fall launch, along with custom one-off requests that require very fast turnaround.
- Keep the design template library organized and act as the final visual quality check before materials are shared externally.
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in design roles within luxury fashion, hospitality, automotive, technology, or a premium creative/brand agency environment.
- A portfolio that shows strong typography, refined visual judgment, and a clear sense of luxury aesthetic.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma.
- Solid web design ability, including website creation, UI design, and production of digital assets.
- Proven comfort using AI-based design tools, with examples that show how they improved speed or quality.
- Ability to juggle several projects with short deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
Preferred qualifications
- Background working with or inside creative agencies, including familiarity with briefing, revisions, and production processes.
- Experience introducing AI or design workflows that improved a team’s efficiency or output quality.
- Interest in exploring motion, interactive, or experiential brand expressions.
Compensation and benefits
The base pay for this role is $80,000 to $87,000 per year, with bonus potential.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience
- Performance-based bonus eligibility, depending on role
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus supplemental options and company-paid life insurance
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Paid time off and company holidays for eligible positions
Equal employment opportunity
BOND is committed to equal employment opportunity and maintaining a workplace where all team members are respected and supported. Employment decisions are made without regard to any protected status under applicable federal, state, or local law.
