Role Overview

This fully remote role, with quarterly in-person meetings at Canary Wharf, offers a unique chance to take full ownership of the Yimbly Marketplace brand’s growth. The Brand and Marketing Manager will creatively drive digital expansion, bridging storytelling with data analytics, while managing brand strategy, performance marketing, trading, and commercial delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute omnichannel brand, trade, and performance marketing strategies across owned, earned, and paid platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, CRM, affiliates, press, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with Trading and Product teams to adapt rapidly to weekly data, reallocating budgets, revising forecasts, and adjusting campaign messaging promptly to meet commercial objectives.
  • Manage the monthly marketing budget to optimize return on investment, monitoring KPIs such as Revenue, CPA, LTV, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and POAS.
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies, ensuring all creative assets meet brand standards and focus on maximizing conversions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship for internal marketing, promotions, and design teams, while holding external agencies accountable to performance goals.
  • Champion adoption of AI, automation, and experimental testing to enhance marketing creativity and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong e-commerce leadership with proven experience managing brand and marketing functions including budget ownership.
  • Ability to balance brand development with advanced performance marketing techniques.
  • Comprehensive commercial knowledge of key e-commerce metrics such as CPA, LTV, Conversion, ROAS, and POAS.
  • Hands-on proficiency with digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and CRM/lifecycle marketing tools.

Preferred Technical Familiarity

  • Experience or knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, SEO, GRO, Canva, Adobe Suite, or Later is desirable.
