Overview
We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the sales and collection functions at a designated branch. This role involves developing partnerships with electric vehicle (EV) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and dealerships within the assigned territory, while driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all sales and collection processes at the branch location.
- Establish and nurture relationships with EV OEMs and dealerships in the specified region.
- Achieve defined targets related to sales volumes and collection efficiency.
- Recruit, onboard, and train branch personnel to ensure operational excellence.
- Compile and submit daily performance reports and Management Information System (MIS) updates.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback regularly to enhance service quality.
