The selected candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted extension of their businesses by helping them stay organized and compliant while collaborating closely with the CFO and advisory teams to deliver valuable insights beyond financial reports. Key Duties
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities in Xero software.

- Conduct month-end closing procedures and prepare management reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and journals.
- Support clients in cash flow management and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the CFO team to provide actionable financial insights.
- Respond effectively to client inquiries, becoming their trusted finance contact.
- Identify and implement improvements in systems, automation, and client processes.
Candidate Profile

- Proficient in using Xero accounting software (mandatory).
- Experienced in payroll management and STP compliance.
- Skilled in BAS preparation.
- Strong competency in performing reconciliations accurately.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable engaging directly with business owners.
- Proactive and capable of working independently.
- Eager to enhance systems and workflows continuously.
- Curious about emerging technologies like AI and automation, with a readiness to learn and adopt new tools.
Benefits at CSH:FLO
- Work a genuine three-day week with flexible hybrid arrangements.
- Accommodation for family commitments when possible.
- Opportunity to work directly with business owners across diverse industries.
- Exposure to CFO-level and advisory work.
- Access to modern cloud technologies and AI-powered workflows.
- Join a supportive, collaborative, and down-to-earth team culture.
- Chance to grow skills as the company expands.

Additional Information
This role is positioned in Melbourne with onsite expectations, allowing some hybrid flexibility. The full-time equivalent salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually plus superannuation, pro-rated for part-time engagement, translating to approximately $48,000 to $57,000 for a three-day working week.
