About Velocity Ledger
Velocity Ledger is a niche provider specializing in accounting, auditing, and tax outsourcing services for US-based CPA firms, Enrolled Agent practices, and mid-market accounting firms. Leveraging an offshore delivery model, the company addresses client challenges such as capacity limits and talent shortages, enabling scalable operations without compromising high technical and compliance standards. The team integrates closely with client engagement groups, adhering to their workflows, audit practices, documentation protocols, and quality controls. Its professionals are well-versed in US GAAP, auditing standards, federal and state tax rules, and bookkeeping across platforms like QuickBooks and Xero. Velocity Ledger aims to boost firm efficiency, enhance partner productivity, and promote sustainable margin growth through disciplined, review-ready deliverables.

Utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero, the Bookkeeper ensures compliance with accounting standards and timely reporting to clients. Collaboration with internal teams to support client projects and to foster process and documentation enhancements is also a key component of the role.
