Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated BIM Modeller to support our BIM Coordinators by developing and refining BIM models throughout various project stages, ensuring high quality and accuracy for construction purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist BIM Coordinators by creating, updating, and modifying BIM models as projects progress.
- Develop and revise BIM models based on contractual drawings and the latest project data.
- Maintain the quality and consistency of the BIM models throughout the project.
- Produce documentation and shop drawings derived from BIM models.
- Deliver BIM model outputs essential for construction, documentation, and fabrication processes.
- Build BIM models incorporating appropriate parameters and attributes for BIM qualification and 4D simulation.
- Flag discrepancies and issues to BIM Coordinators encountered in design phases.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Architectural, Civil & Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines.
- Minimum of two years relevant experience in Civil & Structural or Architectural projects.
- Strong proficiency with Revit software.
- Capable of delivering complete models and shop drawings punctually with high quality standards.
