About the Role
The Billing Executive is responsible for handling customer invoicing, managing payment processes, and resolving any billing-related issues. This role involves preparing sales bills, maintaining ledger entries, and reconciling daily cash or digital receipts accurately.
Key Duties
- Create accurate sales or service invoices employing tools like Tally or Excel.
- Manage incoming payments including cash, cards, or vouchers on a daily basis.
- Address customer billing queries and rectify any discrepancies found in billing data.
- Reconcile daily collected payments with bank statements or ledger accounts and follow up on outstanding dues.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
- Experienced with accounting software such as Tally Prime or ERP and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude and good communication abilities.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 13,000 to 17,000 INR.
