About the role
Albertsons Companies is hiring an Analyst III to support smarter business decisions through data-driven analysis, performance measurement, and insight generation. The analyst will collect and study information from different sources, spot patterns and risks, assess business processes, and turn findings into practical recommendations that improve efficiency and help the business grow. The job can be based in Pleasanton, California or Phoenix, Arizona.
Key responsibilities
- Pull together and examine data from multiple sources to surface trends, opportunities, and business risks.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that convert complex information into useful guidance for stakeholders.
- Review processes and workflows and suggest changes that improve performance and efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to clarify business needs and provide analytical support on important initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data models, performance measures, and tracking tools used for monitoring and forecasting.
- Present insights in a clear, concise way so recommendations support business objectives and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, finance, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of practical analytical experience.
- Working knowledge of analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and reporting platforms.
- Ability to turn large datasets into meaningful, actionable insight.
- Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering quality work in a fast-paced setting.
