Role Overview

As a Beikoch (kitchen assistant cook), you will be a vital part of our versatile gastronomy department. Your support to the chefs in daily operations will cover various culinary areas, including street food, fast food, international, and upscale cuisine. You will help ensure our guests enjoy excellent culinary experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare meal components and perform necessary preparatory tasks.
• Contribute across different kitchen sections, such as street food, fast food, international, and fine dining.
• Maintain clean, organized, and smooth kitchen workflows.
• Comply with HACCP hygiene standards thoroughly.
• Handle food and ingredients responsibly.
• Support the presentation and serving of high-quality dishes.

What You Bring

• Preferably completed training as a professional in hospitality, cook, or experience as a kitchen helper.
• Current health certificate and well-versed in HACCP hygiene regulations.
• Basic understanding of European and international cuisine.
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, customer service mindset, and a friendly demeanor.
