Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Doha, Qatar is focused on delivering an elevated in-store experience that reflects luxury standards. The Beauty Advisor will greet customers, learn about their skincare and beauty preferences, recommend suitable products, and guide them with personalized advice. The role also involves maintaining attractive product presentation, keeping stock replenished, and ensuring the counter or boutique stays aligned with visual merchandising and brand requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome shoppers and create a polished, high-quality service experience in store.
- Identify customer needs in beauty and skincare and recommend products accordingly.
- Demonstrate products and explain their benefits, use, and application methods.
- Support sales goals by turning customer interactions into purchases.
- Handle transactions, customer questions, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain product displays, replenish inventory, and support visual merchandising standards.
- Attend training to stay current on launches, techniques, and brand updates.
- Work with store and brand teams on events, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
- Consistently follow store procedures and uphold luxury service expectations.
Requirements
- Strong background in customer service and retail selling, with confidence in closing sales.
- Good knowledge of beauty and skincare products, including routines, benefits, and usage guidance.
- Beauty, cosmetology, or makeup-related training is preferred, along with awareness of current beauty trends.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse customers and multicultural teams.
- Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and remain dependable in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and busy retail periods as needed.
- Prior experience in beauty retail or luxury retail is an advantage.
- English proficiency is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional certifications in beauty, skincare, or cosmetology are beneficial.
