Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction in every interaction.
• Prepare beverages and food according to Starbucks' recipes and customers' custom requests, adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace to provide a safe and efficient environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, following store safety procedures.
• Adopt a flexible approach to various tasks throughout your shift to support store operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• No prior work experience is necessary; training will be provided.
• Consistent and punctual attendance, with a willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with store policies regarding safety, quality, and cash handling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Capable of understanding and following both written and verbal instructions effectively.
