Role Overview

This is a full-time position based on-site in Jeddah for a Barista. The successful candidate will be tasked with preparing and serving various coffee drinks and light snack items, ensuring all offerings meet quality benchmarks. Daily duties include using coffee machines, keeping the work area orderly, replenishing supplies, and adhering to hygiene and safety protocols. The Barista will greet customers, take their orders, manage payment transactions, and deliver courteous service. Collaboration with coworkers during busy periods to foster an efficient and positive work atmosphere is also expected.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Competence in barista-related tasks such as coffee knowledge, beverage crafting, and operating coffee equipment.
• Clear communication abilities to liaise effectively with customers and team members.
• Skill in food preparation emphasizing hygiene, safety, and basic kitchen procedures.
• Previous hospitality or café experience advantageous; ability to stand for long durations; flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic English and Arabic proficiency is a plus, alongside reliability, punctuality, and team spirit.
