About the Café
ISOPI is an all-day café located inside the Kunstgebäude at Stuttgart’s Schlossplatz. The concept combines enjoyment, creativity, and a relaxed atmosphere. Guests can expect all-day breakfast, generous weekend brunch service, aperitivo options, natural wines, and house-baked goods, all prepared with care and a strong focus on quality. A large sun terrace adds to the experience, while a young team sets the tone with a lively, welcoming vibe.
Role Overview
The team is looking for a barista / beverage specialist who can deliver excellent coffee while also enjoying the creation of spritz drinks, homemade lemonades, and signature beverages.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with care, consistency, and precision.
- Mix spritz beverages, homemade lemonades, and creative non-alcoholic drink alternatives.
- Keep bar service running smoothly while providing excellent guest service.
- Contribute ideas for new recipes and help shape the drinks menu.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and follow hygiene standards at all times.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure guests receive attentive, seamless hospitality.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or bartender is helpful, but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong enthusiasm for coffee, drinks, and high-quality service.
- A creative mindset and interest in exploring new recipes and flavor combinations.
- Team spirit and a hands-on attitude, with the ability to step in wherever needed.
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine drive to create a memorable guest experience.
